Special files known as "dsyms" need to be uploaded by the developer (either directly through the build process or in our dashboard) to "decode" crashes.
If the dsym has been uploaded, you will see a fully detailed stack trace on the Crash Details page. If not, there will either be a highlighted message stating the dsym needs to be uploaded, or for the crash you will see a still-masked crash name such as Module offset XXXXXX.
