Within Embrace, a user can be either a "Member" or an "Admin".
An Admin can configure alert channels (slack or webhooks), Jira, SSO, dashboards, and first-party domains. They can also see a list of all of their organization's users and manage member access.
Members, on the other hand, do not have configuration privileges. For example, they cannot configure alerting channels but they can create alerts.
