The ANR-Free User % is the percentage of users that have not experienced an ANR in the time frame selected. In general, the ANR-Free User % is almost always worse than the ANR-Free Session % because even though a user can have many sessions, it only takes one ANR to remove a user from the ANR-free user bucket. This is also why the ANR-Free user percentage tends to decline when longer time periods are selected.
